The Bread of Life

And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” Matthew 6:7-13 The Word that comes from the mouth of God, is the Bread we hunger for and the Water that quenches our thirst, they nourish our very soul! The true bread of God is the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” John 6:33 Jesus Himself said, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in Me will never be thirsty” John 6:35.

As our soul gets nourished and refreshed by meditating on His Word,  faith, hope and love come to life! No indigestion, no hangovers... maybe tears will flow as the Love of Christ brings healing and wholeness to those dry and hungry areas in our lives, leaving one with an indescribable peace and contentment!! The Joy of Lord, being one of the fruits of the Spirit, can be enjoyed with the Bread of Life. What a wonderful combination with an outstanding impact! A slice of bread and butter with strawberries is delicious giving a short moment of satisfaction. What the Lord has to offer lasts till all Eternity! Come and enjoy your fill at the Lord’s Table!! There is no RSVP! No viruses! You can experience the Breath of Life, Taste the Bread of Life and receive the Fruit of Joy.  Try a meal from the attractive Menu at the Omega church, they have a different one for each day of the week!
